As I wrote in an earlier blog, I believe that the Lyricus materials can be simplified to two paradigms and two techniques and one of the techniques is the Six Heart Virtues. James, the anonymous creator of the Lyricus materials says that if you consistently practice the six heart virtues technique your life is on purpose. Our next three blogs will focus on this technique. I call this the Principle of the Highest First, meaning do this one thing and everything else will fall into place.
