Understanding Your Heart
Friday, December 26th, 2008I am creating my original, unique inner spiritual voice. My role when I’m blogging about WingMakers is to help you easily navigate through the site and to simplify and facilitate your understanding of what you’re reading.
Here is my current WingMaker goal: I introduce millions of people to WingMakers through my blog, Where Success & Spirit Meet that has 300 subscribers by March 31, 2009 and 3,000 by March 31, 2010 and through my e-book, To Provide Guidance to Mankind that is downloaded by 250,000 people by December 21, 2010 and 1,000,001 by December 21, 2012.
There is a part of us called the Heart’s Scribe. Our emotional history, every single nuance, is recorded and inscribed in the curcuits of our heart. It is vital to understand the heart and your inner voice. You will know your inner voice when you strike a balance between compassion and understanding which is also called your intuitive intelligence. The technique of the intuitive intelligence will help you to access and understand your heart, your inner voice and to express it fully, powerfully and blissfully in your life.
The heart is so much more than a physical muscle pumping blood. The heart is the source of your intuitive intelligence and from this level of awareness the heart is called the energetic heart. “The heart expresses emotional currents; regulates physiological functions; activates certain brain chemistry; communicates throughout the body and mind; receives precognitive impressions from your future; and connects you to all other states of being.” The quoted sentence comes from Lyricus Discourse 6 which I encourage you to read in its entirety. Again, this is my purpose, to navigate you through the site and hopefully to inspire you to dive deeper into your own WingMakers journey. This is how we can co-create.
My favorite analogy when explaining how to handle thoughts during meditation, is to treat thoughts as you would clouds when they cover the sun, don’t resist them or try to push them away, just let them come and go as they always do. This same analogy holds true with handling the dense emotions of fear, anger, greed, frustration, sadness, depression, etc. that obscure the depths of the heart. Don’t resist them, what you resist persists (Jung). Use techniques of the intuitive intelligence to help you clear away the layer upon layers of density that are holding you back, holding our entire species back, from experiencing the joy, curiosity and wonder of being alive. These techniques will help you feel and express the depth of your inner voice.
Next weeks’s blog will introduce you to these techniques. If you don’t want to wait until next week click on the Lyricus Discourse 6 link above.
