An Intuitive Intelligence Technique

January 2nd, 2009

As the physical heart pumps life-giving oxygen to the body the higher frequencies of the energetic heart (the subtler quantum level energies) distributes intuitive intelligence to the mind.

A few interesting points before we get into the four steps of the intuitive intelligence technique. The heart operates at the highest frequency within our body, not the mind. Emotions are even faster than the speed of thought. The most profound spiritual experiences come from the heart’s emotions not the mind’s thoughts.

The emotional debris that stands between us and consistently expressing our full glory and destiny is passed from the heart to the brain and the neural network that surrounds it. The clearing takes the same route and is a process, not an event. An important part of the process of clearing away our obstacles and limitations is the intuitive intelligence technique and its four steps.

Step I: Invocation of Forgiveness: The emotion of forgiveness can be evoked in your heart by thinking or saying aloud: “As the light of my heart brightens, so does my capacity to forgive. As forgiveness flows into my heart it moves upwards, filling my entire head with the most delicate and refined light imaginable, and from this light,  a compassion for my past settles in, and all that has occurred is rewritten in this light.” While this invocation is being said, listen carefully to the words and allow them to form visual pictures in your heart. Project the pictures to the area in the center of your chest.

Step II: Visualization & Imagination: Allow this light to settle in, perceive the light as a very refined mist of yellow-gold. Sense that the movement of the light inside your head possesses intelligence capable of rewiring and rewriting your emotional history. Visualization and imagination are vital to this process because they engage the heart’s intelligence and the brain’s receptivity.  This process requires patience and practice for at least thirty days.

“The higher brain is designed to “read” the heart’s signals based on how well defined they are in terms of their visual energy and emotional authenticity. To the degree you can visualize the image clearly, project it to your heart area and imbue it with your heart’s core emotions, you will send a more potent signal to your higher brain. The brain serves the role of assessing the emotional authenticity of the heart.” Note: The quoted sentences in this blog are from Lyricus Discourse 6.

The practicality, the result of practicing this technique is that your emotional history is rewritten in the frequency of compassion and understanding. “You gain a deeper access, a more on-demand expression of your inner voice, your intuitive intelligence.” This deeper access has a profound and positive impact on all facets of your life. “The heart and the brain are partners and are completely integrated. The heart-brain system operates with greater effectiveness when it is entrained to the core heart energy of compassion and understanding”, which are the foundational emotions for forgiveness.
